The conference will be take place in Hotel Jana Pawla II.  This is a four star hotel on the historic semi-island of Ostrow Tumski in the River Oder in Wroclaw and within walking distance of the Old Market.

Hotel rates (including all meals)
Single room:    290 zlotych (about 70 euros)
Double room:   220 zlotych (about 53 euros)

Please note that you should reserve your accommodation by completing the accommodation form and returning it with credit card details to the         CVHI 09 Secretariat +44 141 330 2768 or  Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering, University of Glasgow, Glasgow G12 8LT, but payment should be made directly to the hotel. 

Please complete one form for each conference participant.  Information about any accompanying persons should be included on the participant's form.
 
Conference attendees are strongly encouraged to stay in the conference hotel, since this maximises opportunities for getting to know other participants, networking and developing research collaborations.  Therefore, if you have not booked your accommodation, please do so immediately.
