PhD Projects
There are opportunities available within the Device Modelling Group for studying for a PhD in any of the areas in which we are involved, including simulation of ultra-fast compound FETs, SiGe devices, atomistic fluctuation effects in sub-100nm MOSFETs and biological transport simulations.
